All online sales are final. For defective products, we must be notified immediately once the package is received. Defective items must be sent back to us by a pre-paid mail shipment before we send the exchange. Shipping Policy:

Shipping and handling takes up to 2-5 business days depending on item's availability.

For Canada, US Customers, & the European Union, orders over $150/€150 are qualified for FREE Shipping. International Shipment customs duties, taxes, and brokerage are customer's responsibility.

For Customers from countries not specified above, orders over $300 are qualified for FREE Shipping. International Shipment customs duties, taxes, and brokerage are customer's responsibility.
